Cajun Salmon and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

Fillet of salmon

Spinach

Goat cheese

Walnuts

Cajun Seasoning

Ground Paprika

Salt

Pepper

Teaspoon Soy Sauce

Directions:

Preheat The oven to 350. Place the salmon in a small bowl. Add  soy sauce to the bowl and saturate the salmon. Sprinkle and rub the salt, pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning (on both sides). place on a baking sheet with pam and cook for 10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked all the way.

While the salmon is cooking prepare the salad by filling a plate with spinach. Sprinkle the walnuts and crumble up the goat cheese over the salad. Drizzle over salad dressing of your choice. Enjoy!

Topping idea: tomatoes, raisins, cucumber, bell peppers, strawberries, sunflower seeds.
